At Cat’s Germ-Free Cleaning, our commitment to quality of life goes beyond helping maintain a clean, comfortable home. Owner Cathy Powers also provides Quality of Life Coaching through HEALthy Change 4 Life, offering client-centered wellness education and support for individuals who want to take an active role in their overall well-being.

Quality of Life Coaching may include wellness education, healthy lifestyle support, stress-management strategies, goal setting, healthy habit development, emotional wellness support, and education about complementary wellness approaches. Services are personalized to meet each client where they are and help them identify realistic changes that support the quality of life they want to achieve.

For seniors and individuals with disabilities, having access to both cleaning assistance and wellness coaching can provide two separate forms of support: help maintaining the home environment and guidance for developing healthy, manageable lifestyle habits.

Cleaning and coaching services are available separately. Clients may choose the services that best fit their individual needs.
