Price will vary on the customer's needs:
- We offer maintenance cleaning to fit your needs
- Quotes are given based per residence, due to each need is different.
- No hourly rates.
- Initial cleaning start at $150 and go up from there, depending on square footage and the cleaning needs.
- Move ln/out Cleans are based on sq footage charge this includes cleaning of stove, refrigerator, baseboards, inside /outside all kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans.
No windows due to insurance will not cover.
- Maintenance Cleaning: 2 bedroom 2 bathroom start at $100 depending on sq footage and customers needs.
- Ozone air treatment start at $200 depending on square footage of home.

Loyalty Reward Details: The 50% discount applies to the 6th qualifying maintenance clean after five completed maintenance cleans. The discount applies to the regular maintenance-cleaning service and does not include additional services, deep cleaning, special projects, or add-on services. Loyalty rewards and other discounts cannot be combined unless approved in advance.
